start menu bar ထဲက run ကိုေခၚလိုက္ပါ။ or (window+R) ျပီးရင္ regedit ကိုရိုက္ထဲ့ျပီး enter ေခါက္လိုက္ပါ။
ျပီးရင္ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --->SYSTEM--->CurrentControlSet--->Control --->Class ထိေရာက္ေအာင္သြားပါ။
{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} ကိုေတြ႔ေအာင္ရွာပါ။ click လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။
ျပီးရင္ညာဘက္ကအကြက္ထဲမွာ DVD/CD-Rom drive ကိုေတြ႔ရင္ ေသခ်ာျပီ ဒင္းပဲ။
အဲဒီေအာက္မွာ upper filter ကိုရွာ သူ႔အေပၚမွာ right click ေထာက္ျပီး delete လုပ္ပါ။ delete လုပ္မွာေသခ်ာလားေမးရင္ YES လို႔ေပးလိုက္။
registry editor ကို exit လုပ္ျပီးျပန္ထြက္လိုက္။ window ကို restart ျပန္လုပ္လိုက္ရင္ အားလံုး ok ပါျပီး။
အဲ ဒါေပမဲ့ upper filter မရွိရင္ lower filter ကို delete လုပ္ရပါမယ္။
ဒီနည္းကို window vista မွာလည္းသံုးလို႔ရပါတယ္။
